Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C)
Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising.
The P&C meets at the school on the second Wednesday of each month.

This cover is provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week The cover isn’t just for these broken bones and ambulance trips, this great policy also covers dental, non-Medicare medical expenses, and small property losses. Better yet this policy provides bed cover and student tutorial benefits.
The policy covers a wide range of injuries and the permanent total loss of the use or functioning of certain body parts; leg, arm, foot, eyes etc.

Please note : Cover 1 is school hours & Cover 2 is outside of school hours.
The premium rate is extended to cover for cover 1 and cover 2
The difference in the amount paid for cover 1 and cover 2 is ; Whilst this policy is a 24-hour 7 days week cover, the risk whilst at school is more manageable from an insurance perspective than outside of school hours.
Cover extends to any activity, school activities even though not on school grounds and excursions.

Counselling for families
The school counsellor can assist when families undergo a trauma or big change. Contact us to make an appointment. For information in community languages, see school counselling service.
Outside of the education system, free telephone counselling services are available to support families who may be going through a difficult time.

Interpreting and translations
We will help you communicate with our school. If you’d like an interpreter for a school meeting, let us know and we will arrange one, if available.
If you don’t speak or understand English well and want to contact us, call TIS National on 131 450 and ask for an interpreter in your language. The operator will call the school and get an interpreter to help. This service is free.
